The Insights Discovery model is an excellent way to explore your own interpersonal style and your preferred ways of communicating and interacting at work.
The model focuses on improving personal, interpersonal and team effectiveness. It’s grounded in the work of the psychologist Carl Jung and has been used so far by over 9 million people around the world. The model is all about self–awareness- understanding ourselves, understanding others and working more effectively with other people.
Insights Discovery uses a simple and memorable four colour model to help people understand their style, strengths, and the value they bring to the team. The model uses colour energies to bring the psychology of Carl Jung to life and it’s the mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue which determines how and why people behave the way they do.
By understanding your own and other’s unique preferences, you can take simple, practical steps to achieve your potential and improve your everyday relationships at work.
The first step on every Insights Discovery journey is for participants to complete an online evaluator, which takes approximately 20 minutes.
After completing the evaluator, participants will receive their Insights Discovery Personal Profiles as part of a facilitated workshop or in a one-to-one setting with an accredited practitioner at Bamboo. The facilitator will explain the profile to participants and use a range of activities to bring the value of Insights Discovery to life.
This in-depth profile provides information on strengths and possible blind spots, communication style, the value people bring to their team, and much more. Each profile includes initial suggestions for development that can be put into practice the very next day.
Every Insights Discovery Profile begins with the Foundation Chapter. It's the cornerstone of the Insights Profile, and must be included before you can access any other chapters. It gives people an in depth overview of their personal style, communication style, strengths and weaknesses and suggestions for development.

The Interview Chapter is a list of questions that can be used to help people learn more about themselves and their interactions with others. These questions are designed to be stretching and difficult. They are related to areas for development that people might find more difficult to tackle.

Delivered as an engaging one-day workshop, Insights Discovery helps create a common language that makes it easier to identify strengths and address weaknesses, so that individuals and teams can perform at their highest level.
Once the online evaluator is completed, each person receives an Insights Discovery Personal Profile. An extremely powerful tool, it can be used to resolve conflict, improve communication, and help teams see the value of each other’s contribution at work. The profile is then used during the session and can be used in one-to-one coaching sessions.
Insights Discovery Group Sessions can be used for any group of individuals, whether they are an existing team, individuals from different areas of your organisation or even individuals from across multiple organisations.

Insights- Leadership Effectiveness is our one-day session that uses the core learning from Insights Discovery with a focus on leadership. We work with leaders to explore their personal leadership style and unique value across four key pillars: Results leadership, Visionary leadership, Relationship leadership and Centered leadership.
This session explores the Insights Discovery leadership model and how the individual’s color energy preferences influence their leadership style, and the way they are perceived by their team. It focuses on the self-awareness of the individual leader and how they can leverage their understanding of colour energies to improve their team’s performance and working environment.
Discovering Sales Effectiveness is for salespeople who want to develop their skills, improve their interactions with customers and apply a people-centered approach to sales. It provides salespeople with a unique insight into themselves and their customers and explores how preferences and behavior can impact customers at each stage of the sale.
Participants receive a personal profile including the Effective Selling Chapter which explores their strengths and weaknesses at each stage of the sales cycle in the context of their colour preferences.
The profile is used in combination with interactive activities based on real customers to develop each area and increase selling success.
Insights Discovery is a brilliant tool to provide as part of your development programmes or inductions to help your Graduates or Apprentices get off to the best start in your organisation.
Providing Insights Discovery sessions for these groups at an early stage can really accelerate self- awareness in the workplace and make a big different to how quickly your Graduates and Apprentices build effective working relationships within your organisation.
The session includes a particular focus on using Insights Discovery to help you build working relationships and communicate effectively at the start of your career journey.
There is an option for ongoing coaching sessions to be included for participants to add an extra level of support during their development programme.

Virtual sessions
Face to face sessions are brilliant but we know that isn't always possible if you have a workforce based at different locations.
We can provide any of our sessions in a virtual format using Zoom or Microsoft Teams if this option is better for your organisation.

Discovery Full Circle is a tool which offers 360 degree feedback, bringing personal feedback to life in an engaging and positive way. It compares an individual’s self-perception with the perceptions of a feedback group.
Based on the same principles as Insights Discovery, Discovery Full Circle can be used in workshops or coaching sessions to improve team relationships, increase communication and collaboration and help each individual become as effective as they can be in the workplace.
Discovery Full Circle 360 Degree Feedback reports- £189 plus VAT per person.
You can choose from group facilitated sessions or individual coaching sessions to support participants receiving their feedback.
Team wheels are included free of charge with any team development facilitated session.
You can also request team wheels separately for a small charge.
