Virtual Accredutation Sessions

Virtual Accreditation sessions deliver the same rich learning experience as the face to face sessions from the comfort of your own home or office. The acccreditation follows the same four-day agenda. It’s been designed to be highly interactive and engaging. Learners will get the full benefit of video conferencing technology, interactive activities and facilitator-led content to give them the confidence and expertise they need to deliver their own sessions.,

Group Sessions for your Learning and Development Team

Group sessions can be run specifically for your team if you have six or more people who you would like to become accredited. These sessions can usually be run in your own offices if you prefer, or can be run virtually.

Client Practitioner

A Client Practitioner is someone who is licensed to use Insights Discovery within a particular organisation. Client Practitioners are often members of HR or Learning and Development teams, but can work in any function. 

If Client Practitioners move to another organisation, they can take their accreditation with them, so it's a great accreditation to have. Their Client Practitioner's license will just need to be transferred and a license fee paid by their new organisation.

Licensed Practitioner

Becoming a Licensed Practitioner is the best route for consultants who work with different organisations. Being a Licensed Practitioner enables you to use the full range of Insights Discovery options with any organisation or client.

• The way Insights Discovery operate their model means that they only deal directly with very large, usually multinational organisations (such as Microsoft) as direct clients. For smaller organisations, Insights Discovery will refer you to a Delivery Partner who will provide your Insights profiles and support you with using Insights in your organisation.

We will support you all the way through the process to make sure your get the most out of Insights Discovery.
• Insights delivery partners can provide other content in addition to Insights sessions, so you can benefit from broader development days which include other activities relevant to your team and situation.
